Reports are circulating that Senator Lisa Murkowski, Republican from Alaska, has said she “absolutely” will not vote for former President Donald Trump in the 2024 election.

And, according to CNN, the senator is considering changing parties.

“I wish that as Republicans, we had … a nominee that I could get behind. I certainly can’t get behind Donald Trump,” said Murkowski.

Murkowski also told CNN that she is “independent-minded,” but wouldn’t say if she would switch to the Independent party.
