U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) has issued a public health alert due to concerns about contamination with Cyclospora – a fecal parasite. Beef, pork and poultry salad and wrap products were distributed by Caito Foods LLC, Indianapolis, Ind., and sold at retailers including Kroger, Trader Joe’s and Walgreens.
