~ Special Counsel Prosecuting Trump Shows Us A Revealing Brief ~

Jack Smith submitted a new brief. It’s a nice brief. It’s a good brief. It’s a brief brief; only a 165-page brief. And it’s a revealing brief.

As stated by Andrew Weismann, former Assistant United States Attorney and lead prosecutor in Robert Mueller’s Special Counsel’s office: “It’s really hard to do highlights because this is bombshell after bombshell after bombshell.”

For example, Special Counsel Smith wrote that Trump “sought to encroach on powers specifically assigned by the Constitution to other branches, to advance his own self-interest and perpetuate himself in power, contrary to the will of the people.”

Weismann was also surprised at the trove of “direct evidence” in Smith’s brief, and added “I mean, this is Watergate over and over again.”

Of course, this is not the first time we have been shocked by the former guy’s dangerous assault on this constitutional republic.
